For businesses not local to Omaha, NE we offer free shipping for your first box!

PRE-SHIPPING

Before shipping any items you must complete a digital inventory form. This form will be sent to you via email once your shoot has been booked and will serve as our product list for your shoot.

SHIPPING TO SCOUT BABE

Once you have booked your shoot and completed your inventory form, Scout Babe will issue a digital shipping label. We provide one complimentary USPS flat rate shipping label per shoot!

Address accuracy: You are responsible for verifying all shipping addresses are accurate. Incorrectly addressed packages will be redirected at your expense and may delay your shoot.

Product condition: Scout Babe Studios is not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage. We highly encourage purchasing shipping insurance to cover any damage expenses.

International Shipments: Scout Babe is happy to accept these, but at this time we do not offer complimentary shopping internationally and all shipping costs are covered by the client.

Responsibility for Client products: If your items arrive damaged or become lost during transit, we encourage you to file a claim with your shipping carrier as Scout Babe is not responsible for items during transit.

Once Scout Babe receives your items, we assume responsibility for them.

*Products handled before, during, and after our shoots will show visible signs of use. Please understand that these items may not be resellable as "new" and that Scout Babe Studios is not liable for any wear and tear from handling, styling, or shipping.

POST-SHOOT

If your items are not samples and you request that Scout Babe return any products to you, you agree to pay for all shipping charges, including any customs fees/duties, and Scout Babe's handling fees OR you agree to provide an electronic prepaid return shipping label.

Scout Babe Studios will not return products to vendors or third-parties. Scout Babe Studios will not accept physical shipping labels sent with the products.

*Scout Babe Studios is not responsible for any delay, damage, or loss of items in transit.

Failure of shipping payment: If Scout Babe Studios does not receive payment for shipping or a prepaid shipping label within 2 weeks of your scheduled shoot date, you agree that Scout Babe Studios may dispose of, donate, or retain.
